With his dedication to helping others, Glyn became inspired to coach and lead hundreds of youth, and their families, on and off the soccer fields for decades, even founding one of the most prestige club soccer organizations in Southern California. He brings this dedication to his work; with over 30 years in the office technology industry, Glyn has fulfilled every role imaginable in Sales. The start of his career consisted of working on Liquid Copiers and from there he quickly excelled becoming an expert on the entire Ricoh line, including, the very impressive Ricoh production machines. Having worked in the field as a technician, Monty quickly learned to understand the customer’s needs. His desire to serve the customer and his extensive knowledge regarding the technology gained him great respect. Soon Monty was responsible for putting together and leading highly productive and responsive service teams.

As the Service Manager at 1 Touch Office Technology, Monty has built his best service department yet. With highly skilled team members, he provides top notch service with great respect for the customer. Monty prides himself on the quality of service and excellent communication he continues to offer within our industry.

When Monty is not leading his 1 Touch Office service team he can be found modifying and restoring one of his fabulous show cars, from which he gets great satisfaction.

  • NO HIDDEN COSTS

    Maintenance pricing includes all parts, labor, and supplies, except paper and staples. There are no hidden costs.

  • A PERSONAL TOUCH

    A professional will answer the phone within two rings, when a customer places a service call, needs to order supplies, or has an inquiry.

  • CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

    A service dispatcher will call the customer back within one hour of the service call being placed. The dispatcher will attempt to correct the problem over the phone, or advise the customer when a technician will be at their location.

  • OPTIMUM RELIABILITY & QUALITY

    1 Touch doesn’t cut corners at your expense. Only genuine parter parts and supplies are used in the products 1 Touch maintains.

  • PROTECT YOUR BUSINESS INVESTMENT

    Preventative maintenance is performed on all of the machines that 1 Touch maintains on a service agreement. This ensures that the customers equipment is always operating at the highest level.

  • 1 TOUCH STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS

    Should any new  equipment provided by 1 Touch become unreliable, 1 Touch will take necessary steps with the manufacturer to have the equipment replaced. If the equipment can’t be repaired within a reasonable time, 1 Touch will provide loaner equipment while repairs are being made.

  • UPGRADEABILITY OF EQUIPMENT

    After the first year the customer may upgrade the equipment covered by this agreement at any time, without penalty.

  • PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

    Should customers become dissatisfied with the products 1 Touch provides, 1 Touch will pay all reasonable charges to have the equipment placed on service with an authorized service provider of the customer’s choosing, or allow the customer to terminate the agreement.

  • TRAINING

    1 Touch will place the equipment on the network, and set up scan to file, scan to email, and network printing. 1 Touch will help the customer set up programs for the more complex jobs that the customer will run on a regular basis. These programs can be set up on the print driver, and, or at the copier. 1 Touch will provide complete training at the time of installation, and ongoing, training upon request, at no additional cost.
