How 1Touch Office Technology uses SMS text messaging and how to manage your preferences

Your privacy matters. Mobile information you provide to 1Touch Office Technology will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. All other categories of data sharing are described in our Privacy Policy.

This SMS Policy applies to text messages sent by One Touch Solutions, Inc., doing business as 1Touch Office Technology ("1Touch," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2213 Border Ave., Torrance, CA 90501. One Touch Solutions, Inc. is the registered sender for all SMS communications covered by this policy.

2. Types of SMS Messages We Send

When you opt in, 1Touch Office Technology may send you the following types of text messages:

  • Appointment and meeting confirmations with 1Touch representatives
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
  • Product and service information related to office technology solutions
  • Follow-up communications after demos, consultations, or assessments
  • Customer service and support communications

3. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from 1Touch Office Technology through one of the following methods:

  1. Verbal consent on a recorded phone call: During a call with a 1Touch representative, if you agree to receive a text confirmation or follow-up, the representative will read a disclosure and ask for your verbal consent before sending any message. Your consent and the call recording are logged in our records.
  2. Web form: By completing a contact, request, or scheduling form on 1touchoffice.net that includes an SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and includes disclosure language about message frequency, rates, and your right to opt out.
  3. SMS keyword: By texting START or YES to a 1Touch Office Technology SMS number.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of your interaction with 1Touch Office Technology. For appointment-related communications, you will typically receive 1–3 messages per scheduled meeting.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by 1Touch Office Technology.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages from 1Touch Office Technology at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Mobile information you provide to 1Touch Office Technology will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the communications you have consented to receive from 1Touch Office Technology.

Opt-in records, including the method and timestamp of consent, are retained for a minimum of four (4) years.

9. Supported Carriers

SMS service is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. 1Touch Office Technology is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes to This Policy

1Touch Office Technology reserves the right to modify this SMS Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
